What we build.

Four capabilities, deliberately narrow. Each one is something we have shipped repeatedly in production — not a line item on a menu.

01

Android development

Native Android apps built to ship and to last.

We build native Android apps in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, designed around how people actually use their phones. Every app is built offline-first, profiled for battery and memory, and released through a pipeline that lets us ship confidently. We handle everything from Play Store listing to staged rollouts and crash triage after launch.

  • Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Offline-first architecture
  • Play Store release and rollout
  • Performance profiling and crash triage
02

Web development

Fast, accessible web platforms and product front-ends.

We build web platforms that load quickly, rank well and hold up under real traffic. Static-rendered where that suits, server-rendered where it does not — chosen per project rather than by habit. Accessibility and Core Web Vitals are treated as acceptance criteria, not as a cleanup task at the end.

  • Production web apps and marketing sites
  • Server-side and static rendering
  • Core Web Vitals and accessibility budgets
  • Technical SEO built in from the start
03

Custom software

Internal tools, APIs and integrations tailored to how you work.

When off-the-shelf software does not fit, we build the thing that does. That usually means an internal tool that removes a manual process, an API that stitches two systems together, or a data pipeline that replaces a spreadsheet someone has been afraid to touch for years. We start by understanding the workflow, not by picking a framework.

  • Internal tools and dashboards
  • APIs and system integrations
  • Data pipelines and migrations
  • Automation of manual processes
04

Product design

Interfaces and identities that hold up in production.

Design work that survives contact with real data and real edge cases. We cover interface design, design systems, and brand identity — the same discipline that produced our own mark. You get components and tokens your engineers can build from, not a picture of a screen.

  • Interface and interaction design
  • Design systems and tokens
  • Brand identity and assets
  • Prototypes and design QA

Before you ask.

The questions that come up in almost every first conversation.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, and anyone quoting before understanding the problem is guessing. As a rough guide, a focused Android or web build typically starts in the low five figures USD, and internal tools often come in below that. We give a fixed price after a short discovery call.

How long does a typical build take?

A focused first release is usually 6 to 12 weeks. We work in short cycles, so you see working software within the first couple of weeks rather than waiting for the end.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes. A good share of our work is joining an existing product — stabilising it, adding features, or taking over from a previous team. We start with a short audit so you know what you are inheriting before committing.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from day one. Repositories, app store accounts, cloud infrastructure and domains are all in your name. If we part ways, you keep everything and there is nothing to negotiate.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes. Most clients keep us on a monthly retainer for maintenance, monitoring and small improvements. It is optional, and we hand over documentation so you are never dependent on it.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is normal, and it is what the first conversation is for. Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you what it actually takes.
