A studio built around the work, not the headcount.

Noyon Labs is a small software studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We build Android apps, web platforms and custom software for clients around the world — and we stay small on purpose.

The mark: three slabs, stacked and tapering — a build in progress.

Noyon Labs started in 2023 out of a simple frustration: too much software gets built without anyone understanding the problem it is meant to solve. Projects balloon, deadlines slip, and the thing that finally ships does not match what anyone actually needed.

So we work differently. Before writing code we make sure we can state the goal in one sentence, and that everyone agrees on it. From there we build in short cycles, putting working software in front of people early — because the fastest way to find out whether something is right is to use it, not to describe it in a document.

Staying small is a deliberate constraint. It means the people who scope your project are the people who build it, and there is no layer of account management between you and the work. It also means we take on a limited number of projects at a time and can genuinely focus on each one.

What we keep coming back to.

Ship, then refine

A working version in front of real users beats a perfect version in a branch. We get to working software quickly, then improve it with evidence.

Boring where it matters

We pick well-understood tools for the parts you will have to maintain. Novelty is reserved for the places where it actually buys you something.

Write it down

Decisions, trade-offs and how to run the thing all get documented. If we disappeared tomorrow, you should still be able to work on it.

Say the hard thing

If the estimate was wrong, we say so early. If the approach is a dead end, we say that too — before it costs you a month.

How a project actually runs.

Predictable, visible, and short enough that you can change your mind without it being expensive.

  1. Understand

We start with the problem, the constraints and the people who will use the thing. No code until we can state the goal in one sentence.

  2. Design

Interface, architecture and scope decided together, because they constrain each other. You see something clickable early.

  3. Build

Short cycles with working software at the end of each one. Automated tests and review on every change, not at the end.

  4. Ship & support

We release it, watch it under real traffic, and stay on to fix what only shows up in production.

Let's talk about what you're building.

Tell us where you are — an idea, a half-built product, or something in production that needs a steady hand. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
